A delicate dessert with lots of flavor to Christmas .
The ingredients are calculated for 6.
400 grams of nonfat whipped cream cheese
4 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons oat bran
2 tablespoons of yeast
8 grams of sweetener powder
15 grams of cocoa powder light
10 drops of aroma nougat
8 drops butter flavor
For the custard:
3 egg yolks
375 ml of skimmed milk
1 teaspoon hazelnut flavor
3 tablespoons sweetener powder
Mix skim milk with the flavor and heat it. Then slowly pour over the egg yolks beaten with previously sweetener . Reheat the mixture over low heat, stirring until a custard. Reserve in refrigerator.
Dilute the corn flour with a little skimmed cold milk. Mix with all the basic ingredients, except the smell of nougat and chocolate. This preparation divided into two parts. In one, add the flavor of nougat, on the other chocolate.
In a silicone loaf mold type “cake”, deals first part of nougat and then pour the chocolate in the center. It takes about 30 minutes in the oven to 180 degrees.
