Fitness diet for constipation

constipationIf you want to a good figure, good health, beautiful life so follow the diets.
Fasting: a glass of warm water with a teaspoon of olive oil . You can add a few drops of lemon juice.

Breakfast: orange juice with pulp and a tablespoon of flax seed (whole or crushed, sold in health food shops) + coffee (even better than soy ) and a slice of bread with jam or some honey.



Mid-morning, to choose from:
3 fresh or dried plums
3 dried figs
1 apple with skin
1 pear with skin
1 kiwi
1 cup strawberries
1 slice of fresh pineapple
Food: Vegetables with vegetables + meat or fish.

Snack: yogurt bifid us.

Dinner: soup or mashed vegetables + a slice of whole meal bread + omelets asparagus.
