2 egg yolks
4 sheets of gelatin
50 grams of powdered chocolate light
3 tablespoons sweetener powder
For the custard:
Skimmed milk 15 cl
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons sweetener powder
For the bavarois, skim milk is heated and put to soak the 4 leaves of gelatine in a bowl of cold water to soften. In a bowl mix the egg yolks, chocolate, sweetener powder and 2 tablespoons milk until well blended. Then pour the hot milk over the mixture and blend it in blender. Allowed to drain sheets of gelatin and incorporate into the mix. Let cool and pour in 4 cups preparation. Reserve in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
