There has been research showing that between 95-98% of dieters from 1 to 5 years achieved significant weight loss.


But half of these people once again is gaining more weight than they actually lost. Diets fail are doomed to failure because our bodies are put into starvation mode, so our metabolism slows its pace, but quickly increase cravings and have a mental obsession.

You begin to crave foods and is obsessed with them.
