Weight loseThe Weight lose plan is a citrus fruit rich in antioxidants and vitamins. With the citrus diet can lose up to 3 kilos in 15 days.
Citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, grapefruit, strawberries, kiwis, among others, contain a valuable source of luminosity, part of the vitamin B complex, which among other properties help dissolve fat.



Citrus fruits have many health benefits, are rich in vitamins C, B, B2, P, and pro vitamin A. They also contain minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, sodium and iron. Its other properties are to encourage natural sleep and prevent anxiety and stress.
Here are the weekly plan of the Diet of citrus:
MONDAY
• Breakfast: 1 low fat yogurt with cereal, 2 slices of bread with drops of honey, 1 glass of grapefruit juice and orange
• Lunch: chicken breast grilled with lemon juice, watercress salad with drops of olive oil, 1 kiwi, 1 yogurt
• Snack: 1 tea or coffee with skim milk, 2 slices of cheese heavy machine
• Dinner: pork loin 1bife boy oreganato tomato salad, mandarin oranges sprinkled with low-fat yogurt

TUESDAY
• Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with skim milk, 1/2 cup of cereal alone, 1 glass of orange juice squeezed
• Lunch: cake massless (such panache) spinach and pumpkin
• Snack: 1 kiwi
• Dinner: 1 codling fillet with lemon (juice cooked with tarragon), 2 grated apples sprinkled with drops of grapefruit juice.

WEDNESDAY
• Breakfast: 1 hot tea, 1 glass of grapefruit juice and orange, 1 apple
• Lunch: 1 serving of lean pork loin with lemon juice, pumpkin puree (not butter), 1 orange
• Snack: fruit salad at the option with sweetener
• Dinner: 2 cups vegetable broth, 1 cup of brown rice with melted cheese, diced 1 grapefruit sprinkled with powdered sweetener.

THURSDAY
• Breakfast: 1 low fat yogurt and cereal, 1 fruit salad, freshly squeezed orange juice
• Lunch: 1 serving of tuna salad with watercress and lemon vinaigrette, olive oil and pepper, 1 serving of baked vegetable panache
• Snack: 1 infusion, 2 sandwiches with cheese, whole grain toast
• Dinner: 1 steak back and forth with a tomato raw, 1 serving of salad, grated carrot and hard boiled egg, mandarin oranges sprinkled with low-fat yogurt

FRIDAY
• Breakfast: 2 slices of cheese machine, 1 egg, tea, coffee or squeezed orange juice
• Lunch: 1 serving of beef defatted roasted, finished 10 minutes before baking, sprinkle with two tablespoons of cream and two tablespoons diet. orange juice, watercress salad with lemon, salt and oil
• Snack: gelatin diet
• Dinner: Salad shrimp, calamari rings with sauce boiled palm golf, 1kiwi

SATURDAY
• Breakfast: 1 bowl of fruit salad, 1 glass of lemon juice.
• Lunch: 1/2 bowl of brown rice, carrot and beet salad with artichoke hearts, corn oil, 1 baked apple with honey.
• Snack: kiwis, oranges and strawberries with sweetener
• Dinner: 1 cup vegetable broth, 1 cauliflower salad, sliced 1 large tomato, chopped parsley

SUNDAY
• Breakfast: 2 slices of cheese machine, 2 slices of bread spread with cream cheese diet, 1 glass of orange juice
• Lunch: 1 bowl of noodles with olive oil and pepper
• Snack: Fruit Gelatin
• Dinner: 2 boiled hake fillets sprinkled with lemon juice, 1/2 plate of asparagus, 1kiwi
