First, let me tell you something about myself. I graduated from college in May 2007. This was the beginning of my struggle with weight. What was the reason? I made school sport structured exercise forced most of my life, from high school through college and kept me in shape, so my bad eating habits do not affect my weight as bad as could be.

Now I am no longer able to make use of school sports and there is no time to join the rec leagues, quickly ballooned 50 pounds in one year. I needed back on track and began to look at all the thousands of choices I had. Injury choosing this site, and I’m glad I did.

Now I’m starting to see that weight and won going away feeling much better about myself. My diet was extremely her off at my weight, and not change much while removing all of my exercise. After diet and patterns here I feel I have regained control of my battle with the bulge.
