Pineapple weight lose diet

Breakfast:
2 to 3 slices of pineapple, 1 tea or tea with saccharine.
Mid-morning:
Pineapple soda, which is prepared by boiling pineapple shell for 20 minutes. Once cooked, let it rest, it goes and gets into the fridge to take it as a refresher.



Food:
Tonic soup prepared with: 4 leeks, 2 turnips, 1 some celery, 1 carrot and 3 artichokes, chicken or grilled fish.
