Pineapple diet

weight lose dietVariation of the various diets existing pineapple diet . Approximately 1200 to 1400 calories and during consumed 3 cups pineapple (fruit or fresh juice) per day, plus one or two infusions of tea optional pineapple.
BREAKFAST



1 whole grain toast
2 teaspoons of jam ‘light’ grape
1 cup nonfat milk
SNACK
1 cup crushed pineapple with 1 to 2 teaspoons of sugar in diet
LUNCH
1/2 cup tuna / tuna in water
2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tablespoons celery
2 lettuce leaves, chopped
1 pita bread small / medium
1 glass of natural juice pineapple
SNACK
1 cup pineapple infusion
1/2 low-fat yogurt

DINNER

A salad prepared with the following ingredients:

2 or 3 ounces of baked chicken breast
1 to 1 ½ cups spinach and / or Romaine lettuce
3/4 to 1 cup crushed pineapple
1 ounce of nuts
Dressing ‘light’
