Lunch: Green salad, black coffee and a grapefruit.
Dinner: 1 egg, cottage cheese, spinach and tea.

• Day 5
Lunch: 1 egg, spinach and black coffee.
Dinner: Fish not fat, cooked without fat, green salad and black coffee.

• Day 6
Lunch: Fruit salad: apples, oranges and grapefruit.
Dinner: Beef, cooked without fat, cucumber and tea.

• Day 7
Lunch: Vegetable soup, chicken, cooked without fat, tea and orange.
Dinner: Fruit salad: apples, oranges and grapefruit.
