Training
Hilary was a former gymnast and says he had a natural tendency to exercise. I could not go to the gym like my friends and lifting weights because of her condition of fame at a young age. His solution for developing muscles occurred thanks to Pilate workouts with Vivace Jensen V of Los Angeles.
Pilate
In the house makes long hours of training in Pilate reformers machines 4 times a week, focuses on the lower body with 32 repetitions each of 20 different exercises for the leg to stop and 5 different abdominal exercises.
Swimming
7 laps each of freestyle, breaststroke, butterfly and side-to-date.
